Score My Golf is a custom built web application run and maintained by Probeck IT. Compatible to be run in any browser, on any device. It is possible to score your golf competitions on your mobile devices. No need for paper scorecards with a live leaderboard updated as the scores are submitted.
Fully automated CRM, allowing customers to sign up for free. Integrated payment gateway (Stripe) allowing customers to make purchases which automatically creates their golfing events.

Primcura Healthcare
Primcura Healthcare are a rapidly growing new business who offer healthcare recruitment.
Primcura got in touch initially with some IT support requests and as the business complexity grew so did their IT needs.
With a growing team Primcura needed the flexibity when accessing their documents. SharePoint Online was setup so users could access their documents anywhere while being stored in a secure location.
The Primcura office has grown and we have setup their local network, PCs and telephony systems along with supporting the users with technical issues remotely and onsite when required.

Brawnys Bootcamp had been looking to increase their offerings to their existing clients and to have the ability to support their clients all across the world. Although there are other applications available online for personal trainers to interact with their clients, they wanted a more bespoke solution.
The VIP area is secured by login authentication and has a payment system linked into Stripe. New customers can now sign up and start accessing the VIP area within a few minutes.
Within the VIP area we created a document library so they can share nutritional information with their clients that can be accessed from any device. There are multiple video libraries with metatags allowing for the user to filter what videos are in view to suit them. Clients can also securely upload their body stats with photos for the personal trainers to see and provide feedback. It has been setup so that all the content is managed by Brawnys Bootcamp, they are able to continuously upload new content for their clients.
Brawnys Bootcamp had a preferred cloud based email marketing tool so we integrated with the API allowing users to subscribe to receive updates and marketing campaigns run by Brawnys Bootcamp.
Hawkes Walks
Hawkes Walks is a business providing a dog walking and pet visiting service.
They got in touch looking to refresh their website and to find a solution to prevent the need to chase customers every weekend. This was the only way to maintain the paper based bookings calendar.
It was agreed the need to make things digital and automated would save so much time, allowing Tracy (owner) to enjoy her weekends again. A customer portal has been created, allowing users to book months in advance, including setting reoccuring bookings. The system allows Tracy to assign staff to each booking, and at the end of the month the customer invoices are automatically emailed directly to the customer.
